The legal environment of commercial and insolvency law undergoes continuous change. The values of our law firm nevertheless remain constant. Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Kollegen has for decades stood for independent, transparent, responsible and high-quality insolvency administration. We consistently operate on one and the same principle, namely, our highest priority is the best possible satisfaction of creditors and the survival of businesses with their employees and the created assets. We establish the basis for this objective with a team which is distinguished by open communication and respectful dealing with one another as well as with all participants in proceedings. Our independent administrators combine commercial thinking, rapid and precise planning and decisive, expert action with the necessary courage and optimism in implementation.

| 1994 bis 2010 | The current partners Christian Beutler, Axel W. Bierbach, Henrik Brandenburg, Dr. Stefan Debus, Thomas E. Funk and Oliver Schartl join the law firm |
| 1999 | In that year, lawyer and insolvency administrator Axel W. Bierbach, whose name is included in the law firm’s name today, became a partner |
| 12/2006 | Eckhart Müller-Heydenreich withdrew from the law firm |
| 12/2011 | Barbara Beutler withdrew from the law firm |
| 10/2013 | The law firm assumed the name Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Kollegen which, on the one hand, reflects continuity and, on the other hand, transmission to a new generation |
Certification
As one of the first insolvency administration law firms in Germany, we received, as early as 2008, certification under ISO 9001. In addition, we have adopted the principles of proper insolvency administration (GOI – Grundsätze ordentlicher Insolvenzverwaltung) and the law firm is certified accordingly (VID CERT). Our law firm is also certified since July 2015 according to InsO Excellence, the highest certification standard for insolvency administrators in Germany.
